Christina Robinson
Co Owner
Christina Robinson was born and raised in Jamaica until coming to the US for college and then pursuing a 15 year career in corporate finance while renovating and acquiring rental properties as a side hobby. She started her real estate journey by buying her first investment property in 2011 and has since bought, sold, renovated and managed countless properties garnering her an extensive wealth of experience and expertise in the Florida real estate market. She also holds a real estate brokers license specializing in single family and short term rental property in Broward county.
Merging her finance background with her real estate experience combined with her straight shooting tenacity for problem solving and affable nature she embodies a unique skillset that has propelled the FCHB team to the top of the game.
She is a strong advocate for supporting local community. She is an active member of her neighborhood civic association. She was recently appointed to the City of Fort Lauderdale Central City Redevelopment Advisory Board. She loves spending time at the beach with her pup Roark and hosting Catan game nights with her family and friends.
Chris Higgins

Chris Higgins lived most of his adult life in South Florida but is originally from a small town in Jamaica called Independence City. His educational background is in computer engineering with the early part of his professional career being focused on helping software companies develop and launch new products. Chris’s pivot to real estate investing began almost by chance back in 2006 when he bought his first investment property in central Florida on a whim, based on the recommendation of a coworker. Things went well for the first few years but he eventually sold that property for a loss after the real estate market crashed in 2008. Though the outcome of that investment wasn’t what he expected, he gained some invaluable experience and a much better appreciation of the impact access to affordable housing can make on the lives of families.
Primarily Chris considers himself a long-term real estate investor who prefers to focus on value-add opportunities that also help to improve communities through providing more safe and affordable housing options. For the past few years, he has worked with the Broward County Housing Authority as an approved HCVP (Housing Choice Voucher Program) landlord, helping to increase the supply of available units within the program. Many investors prefer to avoid these programs but he strongly believes in their ability to create a true win-win-win relationship between the landlord, the community, and families in need of a little housing assistance. In addition to working with the local housing authority, Chris also provides unsubsidized long-term housing to local South Florida residents as well as short-term vacation rental options to visitors.
